Pearl Sugar Waffles
The pearl sugar waffles are so good! The taste and texture are reminiscent of a funnel cake, perfect if you need a sweet treat to get the day started :)
Monument Salad
I really enjoy this salad. The lettuce is really nice and green it is also crispy and fresh tasting. The pecans and the carrots, onions and the tomatoes are just the right combination. I also like that I have choice of dressings. Because of that choice I get to pick the one that matches my mood for the day. The cheese is also very tasty!
Avocado Toast
The avocado toast is outstanding!!! I get it every time I go to Monument, goes great with some coffee. The toast is never too crunchy and everything always tastes fresh! Highly recommend!!!
Monument Cheeseburger
I always love this cheeseburger! It never fails to be tasty!
Fish of the Day
I had the grilled salmon cooked medium, with sides of buttered green beans and fried cabbage. The salmon was cooked exactly the way I like it - succulent and cooked through but not a bit dry! Fried cabbage was one of my mother's best home cooked vegetables and this was the best I've had since I last had hers, about 20 years ago. So flavorful! I also highly recommend the buttered green beans-fresh and cooked to a nice texture. I got an extra serving of both vegetables to take home. This meal felt like a taste of home. Our service was also excellent. Thank you!
Pearl Sugar Waffles
Amazing and delicious thick and crunchy waffle. It's even better with all the toppings and is the perfect meal for breakfast, just make sure you have space for it!
Chicken & Biscuits
Chicken & Biscuit is my absolute favorite dish at The Monument Cafe! It's so creamy, tender, and just plain delicious. You can have it both for breakfast and lunch. Yum!
Monument Salad with Chicken Breast
Lauren was outstanding, service and help was genuine and informative. The food and carrot cake was some of the best we've ever had. Will definitely visit again
Corned Beef Hash
Food was great, but Lynn's service was excellent! She provided details of menu items and helped to customize my order to make it perfect. My coffee cup was never empty and she was smiling the entire time! Thanks for a very positive experience, Lynn!
